We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, after giving TP Turdinator a fair opportunity to work, you're still not satisfied for any reason, simply email help@turdinator.com with your order number and we'll gladly refund your purchase price.
Before requesting a refund, please review the tips below. These are the most common reasons black tank treatments don't perform as expected and will give TP Turdinator the best opportunity to deliver outstanding results.
✔ Add Plenty of Water
Water is the most important ingredient in a successful black tank treatment.
Make sure there is enough water in the black tank to completely cover the waste. Enzymes need water to contact and break down toilet paper and waste. More water generally means better breakdown, better dumping, and better overall performance.
✔ Odor Control Starts with Water
One of the biggest causes of black tank odors isn't the treatment it's not having enough water in the tank.
The waste should remain covered by water whenever possible. The water acts as a natural barrier that helps keep odor-causing gases inside the tank while allowing the enzymes to continue working.
If waste is exposed above the water line, odors can escape into the tank and travel up through the toilet. No black tank treatment can fully control odors if the waste isn't covered by water.
✔ Use the Recommended Amount
Use the recommended amount of TP Turdinator based on your tank size and the number of people using your RV or boat. Heavier use or difficult conditions may require additional product
✔ Older Tanks May Need a Soak
If your black tank has existing buildup, residue, or an older waste pyramid, allow TP Turdinator to soak for 24–48 hoursbefore dumping.
Years of buildup may require more than one treatment to restore the tank.
✔ Full-Service Hookups – Keep the Black Tank Valve Closed
If you're connected to a full-service hookup, keep the black tank valve closed until the tank is at least 2/3 to 3/4 full.
Leaving the valve open allows liquids to drain away while solids remain behind, often creating waste buildup, odors, and the dreaded "pyramid plug." A fuller tank provides the water needed for proper waste breakdown and a more complete dump.
Payment Security
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. TP Turdinator LLC does not store complete credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on our servers.
✔ Avoid Harsh Tank Chemicals
Avoid bleach, formaldehyde-based tank chemicals, and other harsh chemicals that may reduce enzyme performance.
✔ Use Plenty of Water with Every Flush
Each flush should use enough water to move waste into the tank and provide the moisture your enzymes need to continue working.
