RETURNS POLICY
At TP Turdinator LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your
purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we
will do our best to help.
Returns
We accept returns of eligible products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging
• The product must be in resalable condition
• Proof of purchase may be required
Because TP Turdinator is a sanitation and enzyme-based product, we generally cannot accept returns of products that have been:
• Opened
• Used
• Improperly stored
• Damaged after delivery
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Help@Turdinator.com.
Please include the following information with your claim:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging if applicable
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
• A replacement product
• Store credit
• A partial refund
• A full refund
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless:
• The return is due to our error
• The product arrived damaged
• Required by applicable law
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a damaged shipment, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as TP Turdinator LLC is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products exposed to moisture or contamination
- Products not stored according to label directions
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Promotional or free items
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us as soon as possible.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process described in this policy.
Limitation of Refund Rights
TP Turdinator LLC reserves the right to limit or refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases involving:

- Excessive return activity
